Come and heighten your communication skills, learn how to let go of past disappointment, and develop a prayer shield - all to increase intimacy, and help you fulfill the ultimate goal for your marriage - becoming One Flesh.

Forgiveness, Under the Covers - Take a deep dive into the power of forgiveness, and the freedom and intimacy it enables.

Conflicts & Arguments - Covenant doesn't mean perfect - so let's talk about how to properly deal with disagreement
