He has over 25 years of ministry service - as a Youth Pastor, Sunday School Teacher for Youth and Men’s Groups, denominational leader of Evangelism & Outreach for 30 churches in the metro Detroit area, and 10 years as an Assistant Pastor.

Phoncella A. Howard
Phoncella Howard has been serving in ministry for more than 22 years. She has served as Praise and Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher for Children and Women's Groups, Music Director, and Youth Department Assistant Leader. She is a licensed Evangelist, with a ministry primarily focused on dealing with the building, development, and equipping of women to know and take their rightful place in the Kingdom of God.

They are proud parents to four gifted, and talented daughters.
